AN Construction Solution Ltd is the brainchild of Mr A Neli (MCIOB), who has over 20 years of experience working in the construction industry. Through a combination of outstanding leadership, depth and experience in our ranks and a clear vision for the future, AN Construction has been able to provide clients with the top-quality service and workmanship they expect. AN Construction has worked in, but not limited to London, Brighton, New Market and Newbury. Some of our work includes the Brighton Marina Development in Brighton and Newbury Racecourse Housing Development in Berkshire.

OUR OFFERING
AN Construction:
- Provides all finishes on roofs and terraces such as green roofs, brown and blue roofs, slabs, decking or stones.
- Provides waterproofing and weathering of roofs, terraces, balconies, podiums, green roofs, water features, car park decks, bridges, walkways, railway platforms and specialist tanking applications within the new build and refurbishment / maintenance markets.
- Utilises traditional roofing products but specialises in the use of cold applied liquid water proofing, hot melt systems, cold melt membranes and built up roofing.

We take pride in being an established member of The National Federation of Roofing Contractors NFRC and was awarded a Gold Excellence in Health and Safety Award in 2014 for work in our field while upholding all Health and Safety standards. We have long been an accredited CHAS contractor and now are also an active member of Achilles and Building Confidence Schemes. Our success is attributed to the fact that we have developed the infrastructure to cope with contracts of all sizes while maintaining a family run business attitude that puts customer service at the core of our principles and our general attitude is “if you can dream it, we can build it”.
